Vitamin Mineral Optimize contains 5 mg of Bioperine and 13 enzymes known to
assist with healthy digestion and assimilation. The potency is specific for
supplemental vitamin, mineral and herb absorption when taken on an empty
stomach.
Enzymedica's Digest or Digest Gold are recommended when
supplements are taken with meals.
