Order Pass

We proudly process 99% of our in-stock orders within 1 business day.  Depending on the time you place your order, in addition to other variables such as UPS/USPS pick-up times, holidays, weekends, etc., your package may not physically get picked up from our warehouse until 1-4 days after you've placed your order.
This is why we have developed the "Order Pass!"  For only $5 we will essentially do whatever is necessary to get your order boxed and to the shipping facility that day, even if we have to drive it there ourselves.   Provided that:

1. All of your items are in stock, and
2. Your order is placed by 12:00pm P.S.T. (M-F excluding Holidays).

What if all of my products are not in stock?
We will email and/or call you immediately! We can still go ahead and ship the products that we have in stock via the Order Pass, or we can deduct the $5 and process your order in the sequence that it came in to us.

Does my Order Pass include insurance?
YES!  We will insure your package for $100 with the Order Pass.

We will ALWAYS email and/or call you when an item is out of stock for your order.  It is up to you to check your email, turn off spam blockers, etc.
