Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are
returning the item, and then let us know if you would like a refund
(minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you
within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail
you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we can not be
responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be
delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment
to us.
If you ordered the item more than 30 days ago, you can still return
the products for a refund if they are in saleable condition, but we will
charge a 25% re-stocking fee. We can take care of this for you!
If you ordered more than 2 months ago, we can not accept returns.
Can I Return/Exchange A Product That I Opened Already?
If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that
you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new
items in most cases. We can not refund you for opened products. If
there is something defective with the product itself, then of course we
will either ship you a new item or refund the cost of the product.
You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the
last 30 days. You must return the bottle back to us. We will then give
you an in store credit minus the shipping or return shipping fees. We
can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you receive
resulting from this return of an opened bottle.
If I Do Not Get Good Results, Can I Return The Empty Bottle?
We have worked hard to create a site that will help you to make the
best choices when it comes to product that work! If you believe the
product that you purchased did not work for you, and you made sure to
use the full bottle and follow the directions completely, we can
sometimes allow you to return the product for an in store credit, minus
the shipping. This is determined by the manufacturer and whether
or not they will credit us on a particular product that did not work for
you.
I Received The Wrong Product! What Do I Do?
Don't worry, we will take care of this for you in record time! If you
received the wrong product, flavor, size or color, simply e-mail us at

1-888-889-9444 toll-free. Give us your name, order number and the item
that was not correct and what item you should have received. We will
check into this immediately, arrange for the missing product to be
returned to us, and send out the correct product right away! You will
receive the correct one before you know it.
If I Get Sick By Taking A Product, Can I Return It?
Sometimes a product may not agree with your stomach or you may have a
negative reaction. Luckily, this is extremely rare and if it does
happen, it is not anything major. We will gladly give you an in-store
credit or exchange for an opened item that you feel caused you
discomfort. Follow the directions above for sending the product back to
us.
What Do I Do If I Received A Damaged Product?
We make every effort to package the item the best we can so that it
will be in perfect condition when it arrives at your door.
Unfortunately, in rare cases an item may be damaged during shipment. We
understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace
the product as quickly as possible!
To get a replacement, simply e-mail us immediately at

toll-free and let us know your name, order number, and the item
that was damaged. We will then send out a new product immediately and
also arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us. We apologize
for the trouble!
Do You Charge A Re-Stocking Fee For Returns?
It depends on the reason for the return and the amount of time that
it takes you to return it. If the item is not opened, you can return it
within 30 days and there will be no re-stocking fee. If the item is
opened, you can return it for an exchange or in-store credit within 30
days with no re-stocking fees. If you return your item after these
dates, you will be charged a small 25% re-stocking fee. We can not
accept returns from orders that were placed over 2 months ago.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once we have confirmed that you are getting a refund, the refund will
be processed within 24 hours! If you paid by credit card, it will take
up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account. If you
paid by check or money order, the refund should arrive in the mail
within 7 - 14 business days. We work hard to be sure that your refunds
get to you as quick as possible!
